From failure to success

Whether you are driving business transformation, or simply leading a process team or an organization, I highly recommend reading “Turn the Ship Around” by David Marquet. Retired Captain Marquet commanded the USS Naval Ship Santa Fe and transformed it from the worst to the most successful submarine in the fleet. His book is gripping (not an adjective normally used for a business book), focused on turning a team of followers into leaders; its full of practical lessons that can be applied in one’s work-life. I absolutely loved reading the book the first time, and am now re-reading it. Suggested read for almost anyone, but definitely for leaders!
